Terry Rooney welcomes historic annoucement on Comprehensive National Care Service

Terry Rooney joined Counsel & Care in welcoming the launch of the National Care Service, saying "This is a landmark announcement comparable to the establishment of the National Health Service.  I would welcome constituents' comments on this historic White Paper".
